Do you have problems with your ISP provider?

I am signed up with Telstra as my home internet provider and I'm always whinging to a friend about them - the high prices, lack of value for money, etc. So when she found this video on YouTube about someone else who really has a problem with Telstra, naturally I was the first person she thought of. It's priceless.
